2.1 One Account Only
Each player may open only one personal account at bmk88. If multiple accounts are found, or if another person's account is accessed from the same IP address or device, those accounts may be suspended and any remaining funds may be withheld.

When opening an account, players must provide their name, contact details, and payment information accurately and completely. Any account found to have been opened with false information may be closed immediately upon our review.
2.3 Account Security
Your login credentials must be kept confidential. Players are solely responsible for any financial or data losses arising from their account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the support team immediately.

By opening an account and making a deposit, the player confirms that they are 21 years of age or older. bmk88 reserves the right to request documents proving age in any case of doubt. If such documents are not submitted within five days of the request, the account may be temporarily suspended.
4.1 Deposits
Deposit methods available at bmk88 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks. Transactions below the minimum amount will not be processed.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 5–30 minutes. The account used for withdrawal must match the payment method used at the time of deposit and must be in the registered name of the player.
- All deposits must be confirmed before a withdrawal can be requested
- Withdrawals are only available once bonus wagering requirements have been met
- Deposits from a third party's payment method are not accepted
- If money laundering is suspected, the matter will be referred to the investigation team
4.3 Financial Policy
Players' deposit and withdrawal information is protected by bmk88 using secure SSL encryption. Banking details will never be disclosed to any third party.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
The bmk88 welcome bonus is 150% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you will receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks, giving you a total balance of 50,000 Ks. To withdraw that bonus, you must wager bonus amount × 10 = 300,000 Ks.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each individual bonus may have its own wagering requirements
- The contribution rate towards wagering may vary depending on the game type when playing with bonus funds
- If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited
- There may be a time limit on when a bonus can be claimed — it will expire if that period passes
- bmk88 reserves the right to reclaim any funds received due to an unintended bonus award or a technical error
5.3 VIP Program
bmk88 has three VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. At the Bronze level, players can receive up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver up to 0.8%; and Gold up to 1.2%. VIP level progression depends on a player's gameplay activity and time spent playing.
6.1 Player's Own Decision
Games played at bmk88 are played entirely at the player's own decision. bmk88 is not responsible for any money lost during gameplay. Players are considered to have understood and accepted that playing may result in financial losses.
6.2 Game Interruptions
If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, server failure, or unavoidable circumstances, the result at the point of interruption will be calculated using dmk88's server records. In the event of any dispute, the server records will be treated as the final confirmation.
6.3 Fair Play
Using suspicious tools, bots, or automated actions to play games at bmk88 is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, any winnings earned will be confiscated and the account will be closed.
Players must not carry out any of the following actions while using the platform —
- Exploiting bonuses through calculated or manipulative methods (bonus abuse)
- Any pattern of play intended to withdraw deposited funds without incurring genuine losses
- Money laundering or illegally transferring funds
- Using hacking tools, software exploits, or any device that manipulates gameplay
- Attacking the platform's servers or network
- Accessing other players' information without authorization
- Organized actions that directly harm the platform
8.1 Closure by the Player

8.2 Closure by bmk88
bmk88 may suspend a player's account without prior notice in the following circumstances —
- A clear breach of the rules is found
- False personal information submitted can be proven
- A clear pattern of bonus abuse is detected
- Activity that raises suspicion of money laundering is carried out
Whether any genuine deposit balance, excluding bonuses, can be returned upon suspension will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the outcome of the investigation.
